No. A picture dropped here is saved as an SVG file with its pixels inside, not traced into shapes. In our test an 800 x 600 JPG became a 168.68 KB SVG with no paths at all, so it won't enlarge cleanly or cut on a Cricut. Clear areas turn white too.

The SVG is drawn at double the size stored in the file, so 512 by 512 turns into 1024 by 1024 pixels. Files with no size or viewBox count as 1024 square before doubling. For an exact size, type a Width under Resize; nothing can pass 8,192 pixels.

Yes. Pick WebP or AVIF in Output Format. Both keep transparent areas clear and have a Quality slider that starts at 90. In our test a 1024 x 1024 logo came out near 24 KB as WebP and 15 KB as AVIF, far smaller than the PNG.

No, it keeps whatever the SVG contains. Empty areas stay clear in PNG, WebP and AVIF, but a background rectangle drawn inside the SVG stays visible. JPG and BMP always get a white fill, because the background color picker is hidden for SVG files today.

You can add files of up to 100 MB each, as many as you like, and nothing resets daily because there is no cap. SVGs are drawn one by one to keep memory use down, and on a phone, smaller batches of large, detailed SVGs are safer.
