Is there a resume builder with no sign-up and no watermark?

Yes, this one. You can open the editor, fill in every section and download the PDF without creating an account or entering payment details. The file has no watermark, logo or footer from us, and there is no limit on how many times you download.

Is this resume ATS friendly?

It follows the usual ATS advice: one column, real selectable text, a standard font and plain headings such as Experience and Education. There are no tables, photos or text boxes. No builder can promise how every applicant tracking system reads a file, so check the preview when you upload it to a job site.

What page size is the resume?

A4 portrait, 210 × 297 mm, with 18 mm side margins, the usual size outside the US and Canada. There is no US Letter option yet. Paper size doesn't change how a tracking system reads the text, but if you print on Letter paper, choose Fit to page.

Can I make a resume with no work experience?

Yes. Leave the Experience section empty and it is left out of the PDF, so your summary is followed straight by education. Add school or volunteer work as projects, list your skills, and put any courses under Certifications to fill the page.

Can my resume be longer than one page?

Yes. When the text reaches the bottom, the PDF carries on onto a new page, so a long work history keeps going instead of being cut off. In a test, eight jobs with three bullet lines each fit on page 1 with no other sections. Only page 1 has the colored name band.

What resume templates can I choose?

Three: Classic (charcoal), Modern (blue) and Minimal (gray). They share one single-column layout and change only the color of the name band, the section headings and their rules. There is no photo, two-column or sidebar design, and no custom color.

Can I add a photo to my resume?

No. There is no photo upload and the layout has no space for one. Resumes for jobs in the US, UK and Canada usually leave the photo off, while some countries expect one on a CV, so check what employers there prefer.

Can I download my resume as a Word file?

No, the only download is a PDF, which keeps the layout the same on every screen. If an employer asks for a Word document, open the PDF, copy the text, which is real and selectable, and paste it into your word processor.

Why does my contact line run off the page?

Email, phone, location, LinkedIn and website print on one line that doesn't wrap. About 120 characters fit; a full LinkedIn address with https:// and www can push the line past the edge. Shorten links to linkedin.com/in/yourname and drop anything optional.

Why do some letters come out garbled in the PDF?

The PDF is set in standard Helvetica, which handles English and Western European letters like é, ü and ñ. Greek, Cyrillic, Chinese and other scripts turn into stray symbols in the file even though the preview looks fine. Write those parts in Latin letters for now.

Does the resume builder save my resume?

No. Nothing is stored in your browser or on our side, so reloading or closing the tab empties the form. Download the PDF before you leave, and keep your text in a document if you plan to edit it later. Visit counts go to Google Analytics; your resume never does.

How do I show that I still work at a job?

Tick Currently working here under that job. The end date box turns off and the PDF shows your start date followed by the word Present. Dates are free text, so you can write them in whatever style you like.
